ALL CERTIFICATE I COURSES START
AT 9 AM AND FINISH AT 5 PM

The following is a must:
You are required to complete a Pre-Training Criminal Record Check
(form 607) before you start the course.
S.T.A.T. staff must sight the following documentation:
Australian Birth Certificate
Or
Australian Citizenship
Or
Permanent Residency Visa
New Zealand Nationals
Passport showing passport number, name and date of birth, issue &
expiry date, photograph ect, and
Visa page showing Immigration Australia stamp with date of arrival in
Australia.
All applicants must have another form of ID ie: Drivers Licence, Proof
of Age.
Payment of $100 is required when Application Form is submitted (this
is refunded if found unsuitable providing the information you provided
on the form is completely accurate, Less 20% Admin Cost).
Payment of $50 is to be paid on commencement of course and the balance
on completion. You will receive your certificate once the course has
been completed and full payment received.
